MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• I agree that DAREDEVIL JIU JITSU LTD reserves the right to terminate my/my child's membership with immediate effect for any reason, including but not limited to- serious breaches of academy rules, unacceptable behaviour by students and/or their parents against others at the gym, and any conduct outside of the gym which damages the reputation of the gym.
• Requests for suspension of membership fees due to long term travel or injury will be at the gym directors' discretion.
• I understand that photos and video may be taken of myself/my child at Daredevil for social media promotion and marketing purposes. I give my consent and release for these to be used by DAREDEVIL JIU JITSU LTD. I understand I have the right to refuse to allow my/my child's images to be used and if this is the case, I will speak personally with staff and it will be respected as practically possible. 

INJURY WAIVER
This is a legally binding liability release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue (the “Release”), made by me, the undersigned, to DAREDEVIL JIU JITSU LTD (“Daredevil”), to the instructors of
Daredevil (the “Instructors”), and to the members of Daredevil (the “Members”).

I fully recognise that the activities involved in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training are physically strenuous, violent, and potentially dangerous and may lead serious physical injury or death. I understand and acknowledge that Daredevil has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of all.

With full understanding of the risks involved and despite this Release, I am voluntarily joining Daredevil, and therefore agree to assume and take upon myself all of the risks and responsibilities in any way associated with my participation in Jiu Jitsu at Daredevil.

I release Daredevil, its agents, the Instructors and the Members from any and all liability, claims and actions that may arise from injury or harm to me, from my death or from damage to my property in connection with this activity.

I understand that this Release covers liability, claims and actions caused entirely or in part by any acts or failures to act by Daredevil, its agents, the Instructors and the Members, including but not limited to negligence, mistake, or failure to supervise. I recognise that this Release means I am giving up, among other things, rights to sue Daredevil, its agents, the Instructors and the Members for injuries, damages, or losses I may incur while participating in this activity. I also
understand that this release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as myself.

I have read the entire Release, I fully understand it and I agree to be legally bound by it.
